Pros

Benefits are decent. 501l match to 5 percent

Cons

Poor management. Don’t care if you are short staffed and don’t try to fill call ins. Not a rehab anymore just a nursing home. There is a lot of favoritism to certain employees, and good luck to the rest of us. Supervisor s don’t help if you are behind.

Not a good work life balance

Pros

CEO is passionate about the mission, 30 days PDO, Preceptor program

Cons

The lengthy documentation is outrageous and time consuming. There is too much traveling not enough nursing staff. There is absolutely no flexibility in your day to even go to lunch because you have a crazy amount patients to see and they live all over. You are required to call patients after you are off in the evenings the night before and Sun nights too but don’t get paid for those hrs. You will have charting to do when you get home. It is nearly impossible to chart everything they expect in the home. The on- call takes a toll too. You are required to work a full day on the weekends and then take on call throughout the night. Nurses have many sleepless nights while on-call. It’s a good paycheck with the bonus pay but what you are paid vs what you are paid to do is not worth it.
