      Pros

      Pay rate is about it, but when you consider the wear and tear on your vehicle, it might not be worth it

      Cons

      Driving over 200 miles in one day while being expected to maintain a 32 visit per week case load. Managers that don’t listen to complaints prior to jumping to conclusions.

      Pros

      The company as a whole is a great company. Absolute integrity. I've never seen them miss a step.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is still more geared towards Home Health than hospice which often leaves hospice workers jumping through hoops that don't really apply. Management simply doesn't have the knowledge, strengths, or people skills to manage. In the past four months our branch has hired two highly talented Assistant Directors and both of them have resigned. They've lost multiple RN's due to case overload and micromanagement. It's a very brutal and unhappy place to work.
