Horrible, unethical management decision!!!Since Health South becomes Encompass Health, almost half of a current decent place to work became depressing for many employees. They closed the hospital in downtown Fort Worth and brought most of employees from the closed hospital to the remain hospital at cityview to replace so many workers at cityview hospital with the reason is senority workers who are from the closed down branch. All of certain, these employees at city view lost their jobs eventhough they are great workers instead of re-evaluate the employees's status who are delivering best quality to the company. People lost their 9years jobs in the company by out bidden 10yrs employees transferring from closed down hospital. What a pity! I totally understand the senority status in a facility but not sure from between different facilties in one company like that. These company actions are really made you feel disgrace, dishonest and untrusted. Think about your career when you work for them. Try your very best work but get laid off anyway!!!!!! Please do some research around for this matter. I dont make it up.
