      Pros

      Some coworkers are really great, and the culture isn’t terrible. There are some really great opportunities to learn given the large corporate structure.

      Cons

      You can get promoted here without the right qualification if you just stay awhile due to the high turnovers in the accounting dpt. In less than 5 months, 3 Controllers left along with senior staffs and individuals with unique knowledge, apx 8~ quit in a span of a year. The company is very serious about only promoting internally for the senior position, but this resulted in several less than qualified candidates being placed in positions they’re unfit for. Additionally, all candidates promoted are given the same ~7% increase. However, if you’re white you got your increase early and a 3% annual. Some of our most seriously talented individuals got nothing, and either left the company or had to fight only to receive a minute increase.
