      Pros

      The pay was decent. The benefits were phenomenal. The location was prime. Coworkers were wonderful, helpful and supportive. I don't really have 20 words of Pros to report on this location of the company.

      Cons

      Management didn't want to listen to problems with the facility. Staffing was a nightmare. There is a staffing coordinator who doesn't do anything to do with staffing. Poor employee support in both personal and company matters.

      Pros

      There were amazing coworkers and staff to collaborate with. The equipment allowed for expanded activities of daily living and IADL experiences.

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities and passion to think outside the box. Sometimes it felt like staff were stuck in the same routines with little motivation for advancement.
