Pros
The company is fun to be apart of. There is always something being celebrated. I like the fact that your holiday time can be used either 30 days before or up to 90 days after the holiday.
Cons
Not enough PTO accumulated. No room for growth. No raise. In this position it can be a lot and we don’t get compensation as we should. Also, no acknowledgement of the hard work we do in this role.
