      Excellent experience for LPNs in this area, you will acquire a lot of med surg skills.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the challenges of the floor, acuity plays NO role in patient ratios, staff can be very back stabby

      Benefits Package; Developmental opportunities; Education/tuition reimbursement; Small and Large hospitals; Regional and Corporate Support; Hospital Mission and Values to provide top healthcare services to our patients

      Cons

      Pay scales don't align with most other healthcare places but benefit package makes up for it. Supply Chain tends to make decisions that don't necessarily make sense at the local/hospital level, many times those decisions are never discussed with the parties that handle vendors, making the process a lot harder once something is implemented and problems don't get resolved.

      Awaiting in need of care, whether it be to help with a transfer and words of encouragement it gave me sense of being needed and wanted

      The third 12 shift but you managed to get through by being and staying busy
