      Tuition reimbursement, CRRN support, CE support, ability to transfer from one location to another

      Cons

      Corporate does not support CNO stability. Very haRd to meet demands. CEO will make or break you. HR needs to better support staffing needs and think outside the box. Corporate should support this. CNO turnover is high.

      Pros

      Good Benefits and Pay Most of the Physicians have the best interest of the patient in mind. Great Therapy for patients

      Sick/Vacation all in 1 bank - If you leave you loose it all!!! They don't pay out vacation despite Arizona law. Long Hours - Your expected to stay until all work is done, no matter what. They don't care about work/life balance. You are expected to do tasks that you are not trained or qualified for, which puts their patients in danger. When you complain, you get reprimanded and treated like a dog. Management picks favorites, gossips and does not offer support. They get angry and bad mouth you to your own peers if you are absent, scheduled or sick. Management at Health South needs a lot of improvement. A LOT of gossip and bad mouthing of peers occurs at this facility, mostly by management and even some physicians.
