Incompatibility with new corporate standards of practice from an old mom and pop shop mentality. Failure to acclimate from small business to corporate structure. Favouritism-- for acquired clinical and office staff, but scapegoating new hires. Failure to maintain professional boundaries between management and long term employees. Everyone wants to be friends.... Unless you're a new hire trying to maintain the new standards of practice. Double standards. Improper chain of command structure. Schism in management between old practices and Encompass corporate expectations. Overwhelming responsibility, burn out.
