      Horrible administration but great coworkers

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers with a sense of humor. Great pay and benefits (paid time off).

      Cons

      Administration cared more about money than about patients. Patients were often stuck at the hospital for weeks or months because family members didn't to take them home. Long hours, medical equipment companies were a nightmare.

      Pros

      When I was hired I loved the management, they were very helpful but once everyone quit it went out the window. Pay isn't too bad.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY SHORT STAFFED. Management was a complete joke. Co-workers would disappear for hours during a shift. Employees would call out time after time and still have a job.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Prior manager was very understanding with time off for family emergencies, etc. Her replacement was not as flexible.

      Cons

      I feel the upper management stay behind closed doors, do not have a good understanding of what is happening on the floor.
