      Great pay and benefits, chance for growth. Patient outcome focused..love the new CEO in Woburn Ma..not afraid to get dirty!! Great changes since she has taken the helm ..excited about the direction we are heading! Great employee incentive programs, been a long time since we were appreciated ..

      Cons

      Old policy in recent required building need to change!! Buddy is gone..time to be the acute rehab hospital that we are made to be.. We have the staff and equipment to be the best around!

      good benefits, able to re-locate in company easily, able to learn a lot, company takes time to educate about safety/transfers/new info/common Dx's, nice staff overall,

      Cons

      hard to move up as a technician (i.e. Rehab or Nurse tech); if PRN you may be called off the morning of (so around 4:30am for day shift at 6:30am). When census drops you may have to take a mandatory day off which either means taking your PTO or not getting paid.; nursing you work every other weekend; can be a very high stress job depending on census (even if census is low, another nurse tech may get sent home and you may be the only tech with 12 pts)
