      Pros

      Mostly great co workers and one great supervisor. Benefits ok but expensive. Variety of patients. Patients and family acknowledged good work usually.

      Cons

      Upper management, under staffed, no appreciation for anyone. Selfish, dirty facility. Always apologizing for being under staffed but never hiring anyone or letting people go just because they don't like them regardless of work ethic. Never any recognition by upper management. Laziness from the wrong people. Full of drama. The list is long

      Pros

      New hospital. 1 hour outside Orlando. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Fraud. Nursing so understaffed and management does not care. 12-16 patients. No one can safely round on their patients. Risk licensure every time enter the building. Unethical reporting of wounds and falls. Everyone is afraid to say anything. Anyone that does is written up or fired.
