      They do teach you a lot of skills and I liked most of the nurses and other techs

      Cons

      Under staffed, to may patients to give good quality care, management was not supportive

      Competitive pay, paid holidays off, nice benefits, continuity of care by having permanent assigned rooms.

      Cons

      Large companies mean no room for error when documenting. No big deal for me but had been for some.

      Pros

      The team truly cares and the patient is always put first. This is hands down the best rehab hospital in Las Vegas. Love the free meals on a regular basis and opportunity to dress crazy at work on fun days.

      Cons

      Nothing to report, every organization has cons but I believe Healthsouth does their best to provide a good work place.
