      Pros

      They are very supportive of new leadership. They have a CNO preceptor program, and are dedicated to education and training. HealthSouth is really dedicated to do things right and have a great focus on patient care. With over 100 hospitals across the country, you have a great pool to draw from when looking for solutions to problems and best practice.

      This is a large corporation so sometimes change can take a lot of time, due to getting through all the layers

      Great support by therapy department. I had good access to resources, and saw a variety of disorders.

      Cons

      I would have liked to have the opportunity to work with multiple therapists to gain other perspectives.
