      I feel that HealthSouth encourages employees to be developed professionally, so that they grow with the company. Educational programs and internal hires are encouraged, so whatever career path you choose, you know you have a place at HealthSouth. I love HealthSouth's commitment to the well-being of their employees through Wellness programs and initiatives. Lastly, I love the people I work with - great community of coworkers!

      Cons

      My starting pay was not competitive, so that is a con. However, with development opportunities, my salary increased.
