      Seeing the difference you can make. Many therapists in one building to share ideas.

      Cons

      Some billing practices that felt unethical. You are only a small cog in the wheel, they suck you dry and spit you out.

      They are flexible, and will work with someone who has scheduling needs, such as going back to school. There is a path for upward movement through the "clinical ladder" program, offering incentives for career achievements.

      Cons

      The compensation is lacking. Nearly everyone is paid below market value. There has been a lot of turnover in administration, leading to a lack of leadership.
