Pros
There is a great corporate culture of constant education, awareness, and positivity. You work as a tight knit team and the support you get from that can be amazing.
Cons
Most of the time the corporate culture benefits only office positions, your clinical team work (most of the employees) are far too busy and overwhelmed to get to take part in all the fun. The pay is poor for what they expect of you and there is little room for advancement despite the corporate policy being in place to facilitate it. The turnover rate in clinical areas, especially nursing, is extremely high so if you plan on being a nurse or tech be prepare to train and precept but not see an extra penny for it.
