Pros
good benefits, some good employees but with bad leadership you must conform to their thought process to survive which turns them into a person they never were
Cons
Leadership at corporate and regional level not responsive or 'blind' to questionable practices. inconsistent with expectations. One day you are doing a great job and 3 weeks later with leadership change, complete 180 with performance with reasonable allowance to make changes because your fate has been decided. If they want you to go, they will find a way to run you off without a true fair trial to correct the problem they spontaneously found after so many years of acceptable practice
