      The facility is state of the art and company at large seems to try to hire the best.

      Cons

      I've noticed that some of those promoted to management in the local branch I work with (Elizabethtown, KY) seem to care more about gossiping or petty nuances or power swings than they do about justice among employees or sadly even patient care. There is a trend of caring much more about money than people; and I don't care to say more; but I regretfully have not had a good taste of this company. I would caution anyone applying to see if there are any other options for you before you even apply at all here, to the Elizabethtown branch at least. Check around at WHY there may be a high turnover rate in a certain facility.....

      Pros

      Great Leadership from the CEO...good values there. Friendly staff /co workers. The ability to grow with the company in this area is slim since they do not have regional positions. However the benefits are good, and the pay is fair.

      Cons

      staffing is hard to maintain there because of low census cuts during summer month.
