      Pros

      They are all gone.....used to be a good place with mostly happy employees---those days are gone. It's every man for them self and the backstabbing to save your own reputation/job is out of control.

      Cons

      Unethical and unprofessional behavior of CEO and other leadership is an embarrassment to the community....patient care compromised by cutting corners and focus ONLY on census. Providers in the community beginning to refuse to refer patients again because of the care.
