      Pros

      There were amazing coworkers and staff to collaborate with. The equipment allowed for expanded activities of daily living and IADL experiences.

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities and passion to think outside the box. Sometimes it felt like staff were stuck in the same routines with little motivation for advancement.

      Team oriented atmosphere and excellent opportunities to advance education. Everyone is very kind.

      Understaffed at times, but other than that I cannot think of any other cons
