      Great people, salaries are competitive, offers development opportunities, multiple training series to help develop and grow leaders within the organization.

      Cons

      Working in healthcare comes with many challenges. Staffing is normally tight, hospital volumes require leadership to send staff home which can effect employee pay, and the ever changing regulations and rules.

      Pros

      Great working with the patients and the staff. Great support from the staff. Great experience. Company is great for positioning themselves with the upcoming changes in the Healthcare Industry.

      Cons

      All Staffing is too lean and makes it difficult to flex up and down with the census. The company in general needs to allow better staffing in each of the facilities- It would make for happier employees and patients.
