      Free lunch every Thursday before payday.

      Cons

      Management doesn't do their jobs. All the employees are divided into different cliques. Overworked and under paid. Don't expect to have weekends or holidays off. It doesn't ever happen.

      There are changes to shifts with little notice, much needed improvement in communications between management and floor staff, and raises are given if your director likes you.
