Business Outlook
Pros
Great Caseload. Stay busy. Good caseload selection. Some nursing staff members are more then willing to help with therapy team to assist with preparing pt for therapy appointments.
Cons
Management sucks. Makes staff provide group treatment to patients over and over without 1 on 1 treatment during week. Only looks at numbers vs patient needs. Does not back up employee concerns when being harassed by others. Creates hostile work environment. Does not follow up on issues between upper staff and employee concerns and just tells staff it is what it is. Allows staff to bully their way to what they want by threats. Straddles the line with legal treatment. Does not educate all staff on procedures. Overworks nursing staff.
