      No raises for empoyees in 2012, but CEO takes home over $1 Million Bonus thus far for 2012.

      Pros

      Good starting point for entry level graduates looking for experience to build their resume. Stable company with growing profits.

      Cons

      Managers are not connected with staff and are very retroactive to problems as they arise. Executives disconnect with the people who help the company succeed by not giving raises to employees across all platforms in the United States.

      Pros

      This job is good for people who are looking for PRN or part-time positions. If you are PRN you only work as needed.

      Cons

      If you are a lower level worker such as a staff nurse, tech, etc you will definitely be under paid and over worked no doubt about it. Management is well aware of how they are treating their staff but do you think they care? If you think they do you better think again? The professionalism at the HealthSouth I worked at in Huntsville, AL was almost the worst I've ever seen. The managers and supervisors talked to other staff about you and other co-workers. The managers build rivalry between co-workers. The Nurse/patient ratio and nurse tech ratio is extremely high compared to the acuity of the patients. Nurses you definitely put your license on the line at this facility so be very careful.

      great benefits-start the same day you do you are there to help patients and that is a joy to do

      Cons

      some of the nurses are not very team oriented with those that do not work in the same positions as they do
