Pros
Good people at the entry level, dynamic work, never the same day, always new things. A lot of hours and little to no time on the road city to city. Overtime is common and free food at most locations. Freedom to work at your own pace and expected to be able to do your job without supervision. They don't drug test.
Cons
Overtime is required, not much time off. Working in a suit on your hands and knees. Not a lot of appreciation for what you do from clients and senior management. Your advancement is more luck than performance as sales performance will weigh heavily on operations advancement something an aspiring entry level employees has little to no control over. Expect to work hard and only get mid level pay. Your "bonus" is overtime, sorry no tips unless you tech and even then its rare and not a very respectful amount.
