Pros

Great place to learn the realities of events and how venues operate. Most coworkers are chill and decent people. Upward moment if you put the effort in and play the corporate game.

Cons

Almost no work life balance when its busy season, and almost no hours when its not. No minimum hours guaranteed for a fulltime employee, will make you travel when your location is slow to get hours even if it is several hours away from where you live. Upward movement comes at the cost of compromising your life outside of work and you need to learn to be a yes man. If not your stonewalled or moved to other locations.
