      Love my team, Hate the push for AI

      Pros

      My regional team is full of some of the funniest and most genuine and passionate people I've ever met. I've made many forever friends through Encore. I feel supported from every direction, even though I work alone at my venue, I always know there is someone nearby to lend a hand when I need it. There's also a lot of upward momentum here; as long as you do your trainings, work hard, and network with the right people, you can get promoted uphill in no time at all.

      Cons

      Everyone in my regional team knows that I hate the constant push for using AI tools with a burning passion. I am constantly pushing back against corporate AI metrics. Our AI proposal tool is absolutely awful and unprofessional, and I wouldn't dream of sending it to a client. But with all the downward pressure, I have threatened to quit over being pushed to use needless AI.
