Pros

During my time I've met great people there at the hotel and learned what I know now from the various interactions whole working. I will say that for someone just trying to get themselves started in the AV industry, this is a great way to learn the basics.

Cons

The management between two properties made it very hectic balancing the workload plus the scheduling sometimes didn't make sense. Lastly there were not many opportunities to tech shows and do more specialist duties.

Pros

Free Parking for most properties but not all.

Cons

-Operate out of parking garage with harmful fumes. -Months of August and November-December are dead and usually result in temporary Lay offs every year. -Quarterly bonuses are a joke ($3-$12) -No opportunity for growth (Employee's who have moved up have worked here 20years+ -Management has Bully mentality -In an HR meeting when concerns were brought up, HR announced you dont have to work here.
