Pros

Encore, once PSAV, has made a significant pivot from it's days of overworking, over promising, and under delivering. It is a place now where our voices are heard and our place in the organization is honored.

Cons

Customer expectation management still requires further polishing. Being that we are required to submit bids to every event that comes through, it is important, to further retain better client satisfaction, that expectations are set earlier in the sales process on what is doable vs what is a dream.

Sometimes full time isn't full time as in during the slow seasons you probably won't get 40 hours. Substantial pay variation amongst co workers.
