Pros

Working with amazing equipment and people on a daily basis. Never a boring time, and a lot of opportunities for personal growth.

Cons

Long hours and little to no regard for employee mental health during busy seasons. Compensation should be more for the day-in and day-out effort put in by the tech team. No immediate pathway for professional growth. No financial or personal incentives are in place for the betterment of career/Full-Time employees.

Never enough hours to justify it being a “full time” job Management forcing full time employees to switch to part time to save money on hours, benefits, and sick pay.
