- Double Pay for Overtime! - Support from Management! - Cool co-workers! (DJs, Instrument Players, Radio Jockeys, Filmmakers)

- Hectic work load! - Lots of manual labor during big events! - Regular hourly pay can be increased as per industry standards!

Pros

Pays fine, not particularly engaging work but it is easy to show up and do your job.

Cons

There is little to no managerial oversight or training whatsoever. For your first few months you are just thrown in and are relying on the kindness of your colleagues to show you the ropes, because apparently it is nobody's job to tell you what or how to do things. As with most A/V and technician jobs, if you are not a man, prepare to stand out and be incredible uncomfortable in this work environment.
