They treat their employees very poorly. They have no regard for your personal life. The schedule could change day by day. The management has no idea what they are doing, and they will sacrifice you for their mistakes while taking no accountability. They will lie straight to your face about everything. 95% of all employees are actively looking for other jobs and will jump ship the second they get another opportunity. I’ve seen supervisors and Directors leave on the spot without even giving two weeks notice. I’ve also seen techs walk off jobs in the middle of the job due to poor management and poor planning. If you start as a tech, your chances of moving up are slim to none. No matter how much you work or how much you sacrifice, they will do everything to keep you down. Management lies about everything. You can come in early and stay late and bust your hump while being extremely knowledgeable and they will knock your review down to simply “ meets expectations” so they won’t have to give you a raise or a promotion. I’ve known techs and supervisors who have been with the company for 5 to 10 years and still stuck in the same spot. All while having incompetent sales managers and directors. The sales managers and directors will make mistake after mistake and expect the techs to make up for it. They will give you faulty equipment that doesn’t work half the time and leave you alone to get yelled at by the client. They hang the techs out to dry. Part of the tech review includes the equipment. Just another way to knock their employees down giving them another excuse to hold you back at your job. It’s a purposely flawed system to ensure little to know raise and upward movement. The pay is the lowest in the industry and the turnover rate is very high. If you do work for Encore Global, get as much knowledge as you can and move to another company ASAP
