Constant Changes Doesn't Walk the Talk

Pros

Lots of good people have gone through PSAV; found a few for life friends. The company benefits are decent with very liberal vacation time.

Cons

What Core Values? Current CEO goes back on his word and isn't connected to office employees outside of his good ole boys club. HR - never saw a larger, more useless staff; most HR functions are performed by department managers on HRs time frame.

"Part Time" really means "Freelance"

Pros

Networking, good hourly pay, opportunity for some advancement, good experience for those looking to get into live events.

Cons

Not actually part time, no guaranteed hours. You are really being screened to get you into a system that lets the different hotel directors 'crew up' for the various productions. You'll pretty much be applying for a job over and over again. This is not explained during the initial interview process.
