      Pros

      Staff a very passionate about the work and make up a great community. Plus they run a big wooden sailboat that you can ride on.

      Cons

      As with many nonprofits, budget constraints can present challenges

      Pros

      Salaried, full time. plenty of hours. and depending on your property, you can have great people to work with.

      Cons

      No over time, Plenty of hours )60-70 hours a week is not unusual) and if you have a bad egg in your crew, they have a habit of sticking around we just merged with PSAV... which spells a decline for us. in quality, culture, and pay.

      Pros

      There are great team members and property staff are always great. Great perks including property stays and travel discounts. You also get to work on some pretty interesting events.

      Cons

      Upper management will keep you at a certain level regardless of qualifications. Sales team are hired "salesmen" and not technically savvy. This work will consume you if you let it so work/life balance is important. Sometimes management doesn't understand this and you can feel taken advantage of.
