Pros

there are some good managers some employees can get exellent exposure , if they are in the right place

Cons

Very much of a family enviroment : if they like you, good ; if they do not , you are out- that is regardless on what you can do or not Lots of clueless VPs- they have an easy life because they have been there for ages .

Great room for advancement, paid training. Building and operating shows provides great variety to work week.

Cons

Technician accountability stressed but not enforced. Mediocre pay and inconsistent hours make Work/ Life balance difficult and stressful.

Pros

access to gear at other locations, hard working teams, pull lists and flows built into the job, setup for success most of the time depending on location. the higher ups do care about enabling you to succeed

Cons

long hours, stressful work environment, sometimes nightmare clients, the usual AV cons, plus the boredom of corporate life, bonus system built on client ratings and rigged to fail most of the time unless your service is litterally 110% all the time
