Pros
1) Encouraging and supportive management 2) Flexible work timings 3) Good employee engagement activities at office and great team outings 4) Team Lead/Manager's are co operative . Thumps up for them!! 5) Good Exit Policy , Will let you relieve once you finish your KT .(Dont know the other cases however it happened to me )

1) Process to be organised well 2) Less secure
