The front line employees are some of the hardest working people I’ve known in the industry

Cons

The relatively new Claims leadership has completely lost the plot - prioritizing metrics and silly and irrelevant numbers, gutting “expenses” (including proper training), and greatly understaffing, all for the sake of the bottom line in a futile effort to become a large company. Employees and even customers are no longer a high priority at Encova
