I never thought I would work in insurance, but I love working for Encova.

Pros

The company is like a big family with just enough professionalism to keep it a business. The benefits & perks are better than any other company I’ve worked for, though to be honest I never really worked in the Insurance Industry or in a Corporate environment before. I also love how supportive the company is of innovation & the Associate Resource Groups that were started just a few years ago.

Cons

Like any long established company, or any companies that have gone through a big affiliation, it can sometimes be hard to connect with people in other Profit Centers or areas of the company. It has definitely gotten better in the last few years, but we still have a long way we can go to improve & be even better.
