Great Company, Great Upper Management

Pros

The upper management is top notch, they listen and care. Vacation time is nice. They provide the tools to do the job, upgrading tech as I write this. They have quarterly bonuses as well as a yearly profit sharing. All major holidays off and our CEO gives some extra time around holidays from time to time. 401k matches at 7%, pay is very competitive with industry - more than most I looked at. Flexible schedules for kids or unexpected events. While on vacation, other people cover for you so you are not overwhelmed when you come back.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times; I came from a company where it was very heavy, here it isn't nearly as bad as my last employer. You are on the phone a lot but if you give the correct expectations up front, it will reduce the calls needed.
