      Pros

      Endeavor offers competitive compensation, excellent healthcare coverage, a 7% retirement contribution match, and tuition assistance. Every senior leader I have met encourages kindness and it shows throughout the company culture.

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes happening to make the four different systems act as one. For the most part the changes are good, but they're not always done perfectly duribg rollout.

      The hospital has gone completely downhill since the merger. The culture of a great system has become toxic and even more of a money-driven conveyor belt.
