The Endeavor Support team care about their people. They are always available and I know they will help me with any challenge I face. At a recent summit for Leaders there was no talk of numbers or deadlines. Instead they showed us how they valued our opinions, thanked us for the hard work we put into making our schools successful and truly showed how much they want to help us to succeed. They understand that it is important to build morale and self confidence and give us the tools that we need to succeed. They know that mistakes are opportunities to do better and that is why the School leadership turnover is very low.
