Love the diversity and de-centralized model Endeavor corporate follows with some positions being 'work from home'. Leadership from CEO down demonstrate the company's core values.

Cons

Would be nice to meet with team mates live, face to face more often but we do meet weekly for updates through Zoom.

Endeavor is all about equipping leaders and teachers to unleash the potential of children. They are committed to providing children with a beautiful beginning. The people are wonderful to work with.

Cons

We need more teachers as do all ECE schools.
