When Endeavor bought our school we got better benefits immediately. We finally got raises and our insurance options were so much better.

Cons

Harder to reach HR in a big company but that’s not too bad.

Pros

If your school is performing well, you are mostly left alone to run it as you see fit. Ability to serve children and families. Fairly decent benefits and pay. Amazing sounding mission...unfortunately it's become just lip service instead of reality.

Cons

Corporate mindset - the support team is stretched thin due to growth and cares more about profit than what is best for children. Incredibly limited decision making for what's meant to be a leadership role. Corporate leaders pretend to listen if you're lucky but don't ever take the knowledge of those in the field to heart.
