Pros
1. Good hike. 2. Good learning exposures. 3. Helpful colleagues. 4. Flexible work timings. 5. Mostly no dress code. 6. Good company for freshers (learning wise).
Cons
1. Bad management. Some managers don't know how to handle project.Most of the projects running successful because of technical team only. Most of the managers are there to create the problem, not to solve. Hardly 1-2 managers are really good. 2. No work life balance. 3. Bad politics. 4. 1 comp off if you work on saturday, sunday both. 2:1 ratio. 5. Don't even dream about team lunch or outings. 6. Rare appreciation from management for your good work but escalations on time (even if not needed). 7. If you belongs to development team, forget about self respect. There are different teams always waiting for opportunities. 8. If you are working late night or during weekends (on manager call), none will provide lunch/dinner. You have to manage from your salary.
