Cons
1. No Long term projects. Mostly everything is short term like a college project 2. People with zero knowledge made as VP & above. 3. Zero motive towards retaining the customers or turning a small term project into a long term 4. People at higher levels are just Show offs 5. Worst in treating Employee 6. No townhall meetings to let employees know on the status of the company. Employees are full blind on what is happening. 7. No Ethics in communication, including the founder of the company 8. Not even the required Software will be provided to the employees. But would be expected to complete the work.
