      Pros

      The leadership at Endicia is wonderful as well as the rest of the people working there. People enjoy their work and do not take it too seriously. I was able to work with a lot of different people and different teams so I learned a lot.

      Cons

      The company has been shrinking since the ownership change.

      Endicia has changed dramatically since I first started. I've been here for 3 years and since the merger with Stamps.com there have been many changes...not for the good. HR has been fired, managers have been fired and there are plans to change the entire culture which is what made Endicia what it is. We are going into a more cooperate atmosphere, meanwhile losing the value for employees.
