Pros

Flexible time off, pretty good benefits

Cons

PMO upper management is a joke. They are all in a clique and retaliate and bully everyone else. They keep moving up managers who are the most inadequate people in the company. The people who get promoted are the ones who are in the clique. We are told to follow emails instead of SOPs. Employees have lost all autonomy in our jobs, with EXTREME micromanagement coming from upper management/cross functional team. And surprise surprise - that is not helping improve retention.

Pros

None at this point. It used to be a place I would recommend to people and enjoyed working there. A lot of great line level employees and line managers are getting treated like garbage and/or quitting from also being overworked on top of poor treatment.

Cons

You will be overworked, provided impossible timelines and blamed when there are issues due it, and ignored when you try to raise concerns or escalate things until they snowball into bigger problems. They will never give you more time or resources and will just tell you to figure it out. A group of Senior managers are firing people and hiring more senior level managers constantly, have given themselves multiple promotions and raises while telling the rest of us that there’s not enough money for promotions, and that bonuses will be delayed after giving us very small raises after annual reviews. It used to be a place that welcomed ideas, feedback, and suggestions. Now it seems to only care about making the most money and anyone who disagrees with them or speaks up is spoken down to, treated like dirt, and bullied. HR did not care about any of the issues and in fact defended the management even when presented with recorded evidence in multiple forms proving that management was in the wrong. For this reason I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. Sam Osman is over the company now also, NOT Christine Oliver who is listed on Glassdoor. I would not work anywhere that he was in charge of again.
