Well organized, well planned. the place has all the processes documented and if something new comes along its not long before there is a resource available. They are focused on getting the Job done and providing a positive experience for the customer. This translates into a positive place to work.

Cons

working remote can seem like i am alone at see some times. hard to get peoples attention when you do nothing but stare at the screen all day its hard to understand where people cold be. But then I remember not everyone is a shut in still, and usually get some ones attention from the flare sent up or the flailing and screaming help.
