Pros
Employee Christmas Party is really fun.
Cons
No employee loyalty. Don't expect to get promoted from within. Recently lost 2 very long term employees and another one (25+) years is leaving next month. What needs to happen before corporate takes notice. Don't bother going to HR because if you are not part of her (crew) you will go zero help. It would only take someone a couple of weeks undercover work to get a very rude awakening.
